Petunia with Premium Fit-out

The Petunia is the start of our Contemporary one-bedroom, one-bathroom modular, with an open plan living including the kitchen, dining, living room and bathroom which gives the bedroom privacy, this project was completed with an Achromatic Greyscale colour scheme as a spec build and sold mid-way through manufacture, this is then to be transported to Forrestfield and installed early 2025.

The premium fit-out includes a one-sided Galley Kitchen with a wall oven, range-hood, 2-burner cooktop, square stainless steel sink, Gooseneck sink mixer, and laminate benchtop plus cabinetry, inclusive of pantry and cutlery draws, this package for the owners includes a fridge/freezer and a built-in microwave as an add on.

This bathroom includes shaving cabinet mirrors, a square ceramic basin and a laminated bench top to match the kitchen and washing machine taps and outlet and a WC, plus an upgraded 10mm Frameless Shower screen from the Superior fit-out package and tiled brick hob requested by the client.

Finishing Interior touches include; Air-conditioning facing towards the hallway for air-flow convenience, flooring panels laid to match the length of the module, Gyproc walls painted in Antique White, Architraves and skirting painted in Vivid White.

The exterior is completed with colorbond cladding in Surfmist (Vertically laid) and rooftop, water tank and split Air-conditioning unit, black window and door frames, sliding door entry, an Awning window with clear glass to the bedroom and an awning window to the bathroom with Translucent laminated safety glass, all complete with flyscreens and flydoor.
