The Boathouse

Design

The house has been specifically designed to stylishly facilitate all aspects of the family beach holiday. Flooring is robust and hard-wearing. Bedrooms are restrained with custom built-in carpentry throughout.

The Boathouse is an architecturally designed, stunning new home with fabulous 270-degree views across Flinders Bay. Fifty metres from Granny's Pool and a 1-minute stroll from the main beach, there's no better location.

This well-appointed home includes a huge deck from the kitchen/living area, overlooking the ocean. With a modern, luxury fit-out, This Boathouse includes 3 queen bedrooms and a fourth bedroom with 2 single beds, the main house has a shared bathroom and WC. One of the 3 Queen bedrooms (with ensuite) is in a separate studio that is a converted old boat shed from the 1920's.
