Petunia, Superior Finish

The Petunia is the start of our contemporary one-bedroom, one-bathroom modular, with an open-plan living room and bathroom, which gives the bedroom privacy. This project was completed with an Accented Achromatic colour scheme with wooden floorboards throughout for a warm and welcoming feel.

Like a "Spec Home", this is a brand new property (build) that is completed or nearly completed before it is sold. The builder chooses the home's layout, flooring, appliances and features, not the buyer, and the dwelling is not yet lived in and sold as new.
