At Vikal Modular we are well known for our high-quality, bespoke, custom craftsmanship and building technology.  With currently starting to release standard Granny Flat designs; with a range of Flexible Interior package options using a three-tier system for each floor plan design; Simple, Premium with Superior optional upgrades, without compromising the structure of the build, with options for the exterior design such as colour, cladding and window or door styles.

Below you find a guide of what's included in our premium fit-out, each design and floor plan is different and each to its own, you will receive a specifications list catered to that specific design, a product guide will also be provided during the design stage so you can personalise your project by selecting the colours or shades to suit your taste.

Standard Inclusions for Exterior:

  • Our modular units are built from strong, pre-manufactured insulated material used to create the floor, wall and roof structures.
  • External colorbond® flat panel and flashings, choice of colours.
  • Downpipes and gutters.
  • Underfloor, wall and ceiling insulation with a minimum 5-star energy rating.
  • Commercial glass sliding door with clear glass and flydoor.
  • Residential awning or sliding windows with clear glass and flyscreen.
  • Sensor light placed near the entry door.
  • Weatherproof PowerPoint.
  • Electric hot water system.

Standard Inclusions for Living Space Interiors:

  • Reverse cycle heating and cooling air-conditioning.
  • Painted timber skirting and architraves.
  • Wood-look vinyl flooring.
  • LED down-lights throughout.
  • Double PowerPoints throughout.

Standard Inclusions for Kitchens:

  • 2 or 4-burner electric cooktop (as per design).
  • Milano oven.
  • Aluminium Splashback.
  • Plumbing and electrical fit-out.
  • Smoke Detector.
  • Chrome tap-ware and Stainless steel sink.
  • 33mm Square Benchtop, Matt Finish.
  • Cabinet doors, Gloss UV White, light Grey or Dark Grey.

Standard Inclusions for Bathrooms/WC:

  • Cube vanity, ceramic top with built-in sink.
  • Plumbing and electrical fit-out.
  • LED lighting.
  • Chrome tap-ware.
  • Wood-look vinyl flooring.
  • Back-to-wall toilet suite, ceramic.
  • Extractor fan.

Superior upgrade options:

  • Stone benches and sink options.
  • Ceiling fans with lights on remote.
  • Lighting and fixture upgrades.
  • External cladding to customer’s preference.
